Meet Loriana
LORIANA MOIZESCH, ESQ | PARTNER
Loriana Moizesch is a founding partner of Moizesch Berberyan LLP. Her practice focuses entirely on the preparation and drafting of essential estate planning documents including living/revocable trusts, wills, medical directives, financial powers of attorney and a variety of other estate planning tools for individuals, families, and business owners.
Being the first generation in her family to attend college, Loriana strives to educate not only her clients, but also her community regarding the topic of estate planning. Her goal is for every client to walk away from a consultation with a full understanding of the benefits that come from having a comprehensive estate plan.
Although she is a busy mom to her 2 little boys, she enjoys presenting on the topic of estate planning and has hosted several educational workshops and seminars throughout Los Angeles County to inform the community of the unknown burdens caused by taxes and probate fees resulting from not having a well-executed plan.
Additionally, Loriana is committed to working with clients who have undergone infertility treatments by helping them navigate how to best incorporate and consider their frozen genetic material within their documents.
Loriana provides a sincere and individualized approach to help create custom plans that ideally suits each clients’ needs. Most importantly, she strives to makes planning for the future a positive, comforting and extremely fun experience!
