Loriana Moizesch is a founding partner of MBM Attorneys. Her practice focuses on estate planning and civil litigation. Loriana is passionate about ensuring that every estate planning client walks away from a consultation with a full understanding of the benefits that come from having a comprehensive estate plan. Loriana works to educate individuals, business owners, and families about the importance of wealth and asset protection through estate planning and provides a sincere and individualized approach that makes planning for the future a positive experience.
In addition to estate planning, Loriana also works on litigation matters including personal injury and business law. She has experience in trial court, appellate work, and arbitrations. Prior to founding MBM Attorneys, Loriana gained trial and appellate experience at a Los Angeles firm wherein she co-chaired an extensive fraud and trademark infringement case in just her first year as a practicing attorney. As counsel for that case, Loriana was instrumental in overturning a six-figure jury verdict award through the use of post-trial motions for her client. Also within her first year as attorney, Loriana was involved in a commercial property fraud case before JAMS Arbitration resulting in an award of $2.5 million for the client.
Loriana began her legal career at the Law Offices of Geragos & Geragos under Mark Geragos, high-profile criminal defense attorney where she worked on civil and criminal legal matters. Throughout law school, Loriana served as a judicial extern at the Department of Labor where she drafted judicial decisions on employment claims and federal whistleblower statutes. She now applies her extensive legal background to provide custom approaches and strategies for all her clients’ legal matters.
