Christina Malyan, a founding partner of MBM Attorneys, focuses exclusively on civil litigation, including both personal/catastrophic injury cases and business law.
Christina’s extensive experience involves litigating complex cases against multiple parties, including the City of Glendale, City of Los Angeles, and the State of California. She has successfully settled catastrophic personal injury cases against large worldwide known automobile manufacturers and theme parks and resolved contractual dispute cases involving high profile defendants and corporate entities. Having co-chaired a complex contractual dispute matter involving multiple individuals, Christina was influential in the trial process, which resulted in a favorable award to the client of over $8 million.
Prior to founding MBM Attorneys, Christina worked for several Los Angeles and San Diego based law firms, where she gained skills in both litigation and appellate matters in real estate and business law. While in law school, Christina competed nationwide in Mock Trial and was an active researcher for the Lawyer Incubator Program, which focused on guiding law students in forming their legal solo practice.
With her notable background and attention to detail, Christina provides her clients with outstanding representation and seeks the best recovery for her clients with special consideration for her clients’ personal circumstances.
